The Gourmet Kitchen is an open kitchen that provides a realistic home environment for learning, which helps students to apply the knowledge and skills they have learnt in their daily lives and enhances their interest in cooking. A transparent screen is provided on the demonstration table so that students can see clearly the steps of food preparation when the teacher is demonstrating.
