Introduction 

The teaching strategies of Technology and Living are mainly based on life situation simulation and practice. Teachers will explain before demonstration, then guide the students to imitate and exercise. Teachers will also utilize Gourmet Kitchen (simulated situational area) in the School to allow students to learn in a real home environment and help them to apply the knowledge and skills learned to their daily lives. In addition to demonstrations, step analysis and environment application, teachers will arrange for individual, group or whole class exercises according to students' abilities. Various teaching tools will be used according to students' needs to make it easier for students to master the skills learned.
