Technology and Living

Curriculum Objectives
The Technology and Living subject aims to help students to develop positive family values, learn about consumption attitudes and behaviours as well as obtain knowledge about food science and technology. It enhances students' independent living skills to prepare them for adult life. Students will learn to take care of themselves and reduce dependence on the others, at the same time learn to adapt to different environments and get prepared for the transition to adult life in the future.
