The Parents, Teachers and Staff Association, established in November 2000, and has been renamed as Parent-Teacher Association in 2023, is composed of the teachers and parents, with the School’s board members and the principal serving as the advisors.
Objectives of the Association
An annual member meeting is held by the Association’s Chairman in June/July every year. In election years (every two years), elections will be held to vote for Standing Committee members next terms.
The Standing Committee comprises fourteen members, with all the positions being voluntary. The seven elected parents and seven teachers appointed by the school will decide the distribution of powers at the first committee meeting. They handle all association affairs, promote family-school cooperation and organize regular activities to strengthen the connection among parents, share about their daily needs, relieve stress and build a mutual support system. Activities include student welfare services, parent tea gatherings, group activities, parent-child activities, mass New Year courtesy call and others.
